The sensational case involving Saif Ali Khan being stabbed remains in the spotlight, as various actors have paid him visits while he was hospitalized. Now recuperating at home following surgery, the actor has garnered admiration from director Sooraj Barjatya, who referred to him as a genuine ‘warrior’. Looking back on their work together, the movie maker also disclosed that they filmed for approximately 150 days during the production of Hum Saath Saath Hain.
Sooraj publicly declared his ongoing backing for Saif Ali Khan’s healing process, reminiscing about their joint venture on Hum Saath Saath Hain. In an interview with PTI, the director said, “We worked on it for nearly 150 days and it was a huge success. I hope he recovers well; he’s truly a fighter.
Confidently speaking, Sooraj Barjatya shared his belief that he’d bounce back strongly. Notably, they had collaborated on the 1999 family drama, which turned out to be a massive box office success.
As a die-hard enthusiast, allow me to share a gem from the world of cinema: Hum Saath Saath Hain. In this captivating tale, I found myself enamored with none other than the charming Saif Ali Khan, who brought the character of Vinod, the joyful, carefree youngest scion of the affluent Chaturvedi clan, to life!
In this movie, we have a variety of talented actors coming together for a family-oriented drama titled “The Star-Studded Family Saga.” Among them are Tabu, Mohnish Bahl, Salman Khan, Sonali Bendre, Karisma Kapoor, Neelam Kothari Soni, Reema Lagoo, and Alok Nath.
On the 16th of January, Saif Ali Khan experienced an attack by an intruder with a knife within his Bandra residence. The actor endured multiple stab wounds, some near his neck and spine, and subsequently underwent surgery at Lilavati Hospital. He was released from the hospital on the 21st of January.
On January 19th, authorities in Mumbai apprehended Shariful Islam Shehzad Mohammad Rohilla Amin Fakir, a 30-year-old individual from Bangladesh, following surveillance camera evidence that placed him within the premises of the building.
The individual allegedly caught entering India without proper authorization asserted that he had been offered fraudulent proof of citizenship in return for payment, a proposition that purportedly incited him to attempt a burglary at the residence of the actor.
Police utilized facial recognition tech to compare his photo with possible suspects, aiming to confirm his identity. The probe is ongoing, as they strive to bolster their evidence for a stronger case.
