31-year-old Amelia Dimoldenberg has been announced as the social media ambassador and red carpet correspondent for the Oscars. She will be conducting interviews with nominees and talent prior to the awards ceremony on March 2nd, which airs live on ABC at 6:30 p.m. ET/3:30 p.m. PT. The Academy’s chief marketing and communications officer, Jennifer Davidson, expressed delight in welcoming back Amelia, praising her broad appeal and distinctive reporting style that resonated with a global audience. They anticipate her friendly and engaging perspective on the Oscars experience.
Dimoldenberg, using her production company Dimz Inc., has shared videos on YouTube that have attracted a total of 2.83 million subscribers, accumulated 668 million views, and been watched for a total of 27 million hours. She also maintains a cumulative following of 14 million across all platforms.
