Where to FInd the Seafarer’s Boots Treasure Map in Avowed
Even though the treasure cache can be reached without the Seafarer’s Boots map, some gamers might appreciate knowing its location. The Seafarer’s Boots map can be found in Shatterscarp, one of the main areas in Avowed. However, players must first conquer Dawnshore and Emerald Stair before they can acquire this map.
After reaching the expansive parts of Shatterscarp, your destination should be slightly to the northeast from Thirdborn. If you’ve stumbled upon the Thirdborn Party Camp, located directly north of the city, you can then move towards the southeast. On your map, you’ll notice an old oil-can shaped building arrangement when viewed from above. To its right is a narrow, light-colored strip sandwiched between two darker regions. This is a small rocky outcropping. Upon this outcrop, you’ll find the map for the Seafarer’s Boots tucked on a small picnic blanket.

With the map in hand, the initial significant clue you notice is the area with red-colored water. It’s not just a color symbol, that spot truly contains red water. If you have previously investigated the vicinity around the Sulfur Mine, you might recognize that your goal lies close by.
The following hint is crucial: Look for the structure in the horizon, it’s your next landmark. Using this and the second object, we can pinpoint the treasure’s whereabouts more accurately. To get there, start from the back entrance of Sulfur Mine Basecamp, then follow the red river eastward until you reach a spot where a natural arch formation is overhead. You will discover the “Wavebinder Boots” on a deceased individual in a tiny cave beneath that bridge.
Across the bridge lies another cave, filled with even more riches. To finish the side quest, you’ll likely have to gather treasures from both caves.
To collect both hidden riches, it’s crucial that you take Yatzli along with you. The second treasure is concealed beyond a deceptive barrier.
