On February 17, 2025, Soni Razdan shared several photos of her mother, Gertrude Hoelzer, on Instagram. This special day is celebrated as Hoelzer’s 96th birthday within the Bhatt family. To commemorate the occasion, Soni reminisced and selected images of her mother from their past. The photo album begins with an image of Hoelzer in a bikini, followed by two more pictures of the birthday woman.
One of the pictures featured Alia Bhatt and her sister Shaheen Bhatt with their grandmother, affectionately referred to as ‘nani’. In contrast to Shaheen’s all-black outfit, Alia donned a vibrant purple chikankari kurta. The two ladies were captured in a sweet embrace. Accompanying the photos, Soni wrote, “When we reminded Mummy that she is 96 today, her initial response was ‘Oh, not very old, then!’ Wishing you a Happy Birthday, beautiful Mummy.
