Joey Bada$$ Drops Off New Three-Pack

In the past few months, Joey Bada$$ has been on a creative surge, releasing several singles exclusively on YouTube like “Sorry Not Sorry” and “The Ruler’s Back.” Hailing from Brooklyn, this rapper has gathered these recently dropped tracks for an official studio compilation, adding a new song titled “Pardon Me” to create a fresh EP.

Beginning with a polite “Excuse Me,” the three-part project lasts approximately 10 minutes, ending with “The Ruler Returns.

Tough and confident, he lays it all out there in these three tracks, using direct, boastful lyrics accompanied by a straightforward yet stylish tune.

He’s part of a group of 21, but some people tried to single us out like Garvey. I’ve already told you I was back, please forgive me. I’ve raised the bar as high as a motorcycle (Harley), check it out, he raps on the ‘Pardon Me’ chorus.” This new song is the result of the criticism Joey Bada$$ has been giving to West Coast rappers in his previous two tracks.

On his 2025 track “The Ruler’s Back,” produced by Conductor Williams, Bada$$ declares “I tower in the rap game, much like Yao Ming / And won’t yield until the audience sings when I’m crowned king,” while on its successor “Sorry Not Sorry” he raps “‘Cause other rappers can’t match me, we’re discussing it verse by verse / The audacity of this individual, they must be crazy / Haunted by the spirits of Biggie and ‘Pac, I embody their essence combined.
