In light of the movie’s triumph, the Mumbai Dabbawala Association has asked Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to waive taxes for it within the state.
According to Mid-Day, the group has officially requested the Chief Minister, highlighting the movie’s cultural and historical importance. The film, titled “Chhaava,” narrates the life and bravery of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, featuring his brave struggle against Aurangzeb’s troops.
