A celebration took place recently in Mumbai, welcoming cast and crew, as well as industry peers. Wamiqa Gabbi shared a sneak peek from the festivities, showcasing Sanya joyfully slicing a cake. She also described Sanya as ‘enchanting.’

The film primarily focuses on Sanya Malhotra’s character Richa, a skilled dancer transitioning to life as a housewife after marriage, who faces challenges. This movie is an official adaptation of the original Malayalam drama titled The Great Indian Kitchen. The ensemble cast includes Kanwaljit Singh and Nishant Dahiya. Arati Kadav directs this production, presented by Jio Studios in collaboration with Baweja Studios. Mrs. premiered on ZEE5 on February 7, 2025.

In the meantime, Wamiqa Gabbi is preparing for the debut of Bhool Chuk Maaf, her first project with Rajkummar Rao. The official trailer has been released, providing a glimpse into the time loop-themed romantic comedy. Directed by Karan Sharma and produced by Dinesh Vijan under Maddock Films in association with Amazon MGM Studios, it is scheduled to hit theaters on April 10, 2025.
