From February 19th, we can create rooms inspired by Fixer to Fabulous and House Hunters episodes, like Bentonville Beauty and Arkansas Amazement. Each week, we get the chance to design captivating interiors using authentic furniture and decor from popular brands. Submit your designs for votes and potential rewards! Let’s bring our creative visions to life together on Design Home with HGTV!
Design Home is set to introduce more challenges modeled after House Hunters, allowing players to design rooms inspired by homebuyers seeking their ideal homes. This unique experience requires you to strike a balance between aesthetics and functionality. As you progress through each challenge, your creativity will be put to the test as you work with items from well-known brands such as West Elm, Jonathan Adler, Williams Sonoma, and Kathy Kuo.
On March 25th at 8/7c on HGTV, and available for streaming the following day on Max and discovery+, the series Fixer to Fabulous will feature Design Home. In this episode, hosts Dave and Jenny Marrs will momentarily step away from home renovation to engage in Design Home challenges, demonstrating their exceptional design talents.
Ever since its debut, Design Home has drawn in over 131 million players globally. Featuring more than 18,000 design challenges, around 100 collaborations with well-known brands, and approximately 61,000 furniture and decor pieces, the game offers a wealth of opportunities to explore various styles. If you’re not familiar with it yet, HGTV’s Fixer to Fabulous (now in its sixth season) showcases Dave and Jenny Marrs as they breathe new life into historic homes in Bentonville, Arkansas. They manage to preserve the traditional appeal while incorporating contemporary improvements. In contrast, House Hunters persists in following house hunters from all over the country as they weigh their options among three properties, considering essential features, budget constraints, and location preferences.
