The Halloween Horror Nights excitement isn’t confined to October anymore! Universal has made it possible to keep the horror alive year-round with Universal Horror Unleashed, a permanent horror experience in Las Vegas. Even though its chilling launch is still a few months off, adrenaline junkies can already buy tickets and begin arranging their vacations.
Universal is adding new specters and reintroducing beloved characters from previous years to create four themed terrifying zones in a warehouse at AREA15 Entertainment Complex, situated just a mile west of the iconic Las Vegas Strip. Here’s how you can reserve tickets ahead of time and get ready for spine-chilling encounters.
How to get tickets to Universal Horror Unleashed?
At UniversalHorrorUnleashed.com, you can buy tickets that grant entrance to every haunted house, bar, and exclusive live shows they have on offer.
A sense of mystery will hang in the air, with creatures waiting in the dark corners when the year-round attraction launches on August 14, 2025. This horror-filled experience sets you back a reasonable $69 for a single, timed visit to all four haunted houses. For those who can’t get enough of the chills, an all-access pass is available starting at $99, offering unlimited entry throughout the day.
This is the first continuous horror experience available outside of Universal’s theme parks, where they host Halloween Horror Nights every fall. It seems fitting that Las Vegas, or Sin City, would be the perfect location for a permanent West Coast base. Attention fans: the studio’s iconic monsters are soon to have a year-round East Coast home at Universal Epic Universe in Orlando. The new theme park, set to open on May 22nd, will introduce Dark Universe, an exciting “portal” that connects us to the classic Universal Monster movies.
What is Universal Horror Unleashed?
At this all-year-round haunted house destination, you’ll find four terrifyingly high-tech houses that cater to every horror fan’s taste: a perfect blend for any thrill-seeker who enjoys being scared!
As a die-hard fan, I’m thrilled to see the iconic figures from the big screen – like the Wolf Man, the enigmatic Bride of Frankenstein, and the captivating Dracula – stepping back into the spotlight once again in the revival known as Universal Monsters.
Blumhouse’s The Exorcist: Believer draws inspiration from the 2023 film, which serves as a follow-up to the 1973 classic, offering a contemporary twist on the theme of demonic possession.
In a chilling portrayal, the film titled “The Texas Chain Saw Massacre” offers viewers an unsettling glimpse into the true-to-life madness that binds the cannibalistic clan of Leatherface.
In the new tale titled “The Scarecrow: The Reaping“, a once barren and hostile farmland is brought back to life, now inhabited by resentful and vengeful straw men scarecrows.
Surrounding every house lies a collection of four themed zones offering lively performances, specially crafted drinks, assorted snacks and main dishes guaranteed to quell even the hungriest growls.
