Here’s the deal: This item also causes an additional 10% of its damage as bleeding. While this isn’t terrible, it could be better.

After you cast the charm, that’s when the action truly kicks off. In other words, with the Tender Love and Care enchantment, you’ll receive a 10% boost to your Attack Damage.

Though it might take some effort, the discovery is definitely worthwhile. You can locate it by navigating to Castol’s Folly, ascending to the uppermost ledges, and eventually finding it nestled among a cluster of mushrooms within the ruin’s remnants.
