The high-powered laser then sears through her eye and the hand she tried to shield her eye with. Eventually managing to escape, she slips on something that resembles an animal’s eye and falls out of a window. Although this scenario might appear exaggerated, it does touch upon genuine concerns about undergoing surgical procedures.

The sound design creates an unsettling atmosphere, making it seem like the engine is cutting through his skull, followed by splatters of blood in all directions.
