Actor from the “Guardians of the Galaxy” movie, who is wedded to Katherine Schwarzenegger, was lately questioned by E! News regarding his observation of his brother-in-law Patrick Schwarzenegger in the fresh season of Mike White’s popular HBO series. This includes the nude scene featuring Patrick in the initial episode.
I can confirm where my gaze was directed – it wasn’t due to family ties, I was simply admiring him, buddy,” Pratt humorously commented. “No, he truly looks impressive. Yes, he’s physically fit, but what really stands out is his strong acting abilities because the character he portrays is distinct from his real-life persona.
In the third season, set in Thailand, Patrick portrays the role of Saxon Ratliff, a finance broker with a questionable approach towards women. His character is on holiday with his family that embodies typical Southern stereotypes, consisting of father Timothy (Jason Isaacs), mother Victoria (Parker Posey), sister Piper (Sarah Catherine Hook) and brother Lochlan (Sam Nivola).
Pratt went on to commend Patrick’s performance, noting, “He brought a character to life. It feels authentic and enjoyable. For quite some time now, I’ve been saying this, I’ve even told him personally, I truly believe we’re stepping into a decade of Patrick…Over the years, I’ve seen him consistently putting in effort. In truth, he’s not just diligent in acting but also in business and all aspects of his life. He’s incredibly motivated, and I can tell that determination stems from both his mom and dad.
In a recent conversation with The Hollywood Reporter, Patrick (son of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver) candidly discussed his experience shooting a nude scene for an upcoming project.
During the day we shot that particular scene, there were items like underwear and pajamas lying around. The actor pointed out, ‘This character wouldn’t be caught dead in pajamas; he’d simply go about naked.’ This character is portrayed as someone who sleeps without clothes, and having his brother present wouldn’t alter that. This is evident in the dialogue where the character mentions the absurdity of masturbating in such close quarters. It may seem ridiculous, but it’s a reflection of the character’s real thoughts.
