Rest assured, fearless Monster Hunters! The release of Monster Hunter Wilds marks only the beginning, and you can look forward to a wealth of support through DLC and further game updates in the upcoming months. For those curious about specific details, keep reading for confirmed information that Capcom has announced so far.
Monster Hunter Wilds content roadmap and DLC release schedule
The downloadable content (DLC) packs you see below are all paid, whereas the title updates offer free additional content. Remember this distinction. If you’ve bought the premium deluxe edition, you’ve already paid for the two cosmetic DLCs included in the package, so enjoy your new goodies! For those who haven’t purchased the deluxe edition, you can buy these DLCs separately at a later time.
- Deluxe DLC Pack – February 28, 2025
- Title Update 1 – Spring 2025
- Cosmetic DLC Pack 1 – Spring 2025
- Title Update 2 – Summer 2025
- Cosmetic DLC Pack 2 – Summer 2025
Capcom isn’t revealing much about future game updates, but here’s what we can expect: The Spring update will feature Mizutsune as the primary monster, and there’s another creature on its way in the Summer update that we haven’t learned about yet.
As a gamer, I’ll keep you posted on any future content plans or confirmed release dates that Capcom announces, so stay tuned!
