The gaming company behind Pokemon, The Pokemon Company, has recently unveiled some significant updates, yet the highly anticipated title among fans is “Pokemon Legends: A-Z“.
This upcoming game is set to offer a fresh take on the familiar mechanics of the classic Pokémon series. Although we anticipate some novel Pokémon being added, it’s also been verified by the latest trailers that many Pokémon from past generations will make an appearance in the game as well.
Two New Trailer for Pokemon Legends: A-Z
Before diving into details, take a look at the two previews released for the game initially. The first trailer offers a broad introduction to “Pokemon Legends: A-Z“.
This alternate trailer offers an in-depth exploration of the game and its workings. It focuses on the newly presented characters, demonstrates the process of capturing Pokémon, and introduces the revised battle system. Feel free to watch it for more details.
In this particular game, the primary backdrop will be Lumiose City, a forward-thinking urban area designed as a harmonious living space for both people and Pokémon. As with other Pokémon games, a questionable corporation plays a role, and you’ll get to know Quasartico Inc., led by CEO Jett and her assistant Vinnie, for a certain plot point.
In Pokemon, players may find their in-game partner changing depending on the gender of their avatar character. If your avatar is Urbain, a male identity, then your partner might transform into Taunie, the female counterpart. However, since this is Pokemon, it’s also plausible that both characters could be twins, where one becomes your friend and the other serves as your rival in the game.

Mega Evolutions

For some time now, players have been acquainted with particular Pokemon and their advancements through evolution. However, a fresh feature in the game introduces Mega Evolutions, offering characters such as Charizard an additional rung on the evolutionary ladder.
It appears that the Mega Evolutions might not be long-lasting, but instead, they could temporarily enhance certain Pokémon for a specific duration – at least, this seems to be suggested by the trailers.
It’s likely that they will disclose more information as time goes by, given that A-Z is anticipated to debut later this year.
The exact launch date for “Pokemon Legends: A-Z” hasn’t been announced yet, but it’s anticipated that the game will be available on the Nintendo Switch towards the end of this year.
