Final Fantasy Ever Crisis reveals fresh details for its 1.5 anniversary and new trailer

  • Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis is set to celebrate its 1.5th anniversary
  • New gear, challenges and skills will all be added
  • The event kicks off March 6th and the latest trailer gives a sneak peek of what you an expect

As the popular Final Fantasy series experiences a revival, with its remake of the much-loved seventh installment ongoing, it’s no wonder that Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis is gearing up for a grand 1.5-year anniversary celebration. This means fresh costumes and a plethora of additional content, though for now, we can only catch a glimpse of what will be unveiled from March 6th onwards.

As a devoted gamer, I’m super excited about the latest trailer unveiling some fantastic perks coming our way! We’re talking a complimentary gear set as a token of appreciation for sticking with the game campaign. Plus, there’s an Umbral Blade five-star weapon exclusively for Cloud, completely free! But wait, there’s more – starting March 6th, we dive into the thrilling event, Odin: Vanquisher of Souls!

Regarding Odin, we’re planning a grand celebration for its 1.5-year milestone, which includes stylish new outfits for all your beloved characters! The first unveiled character is Sephiroth, who can be seen in the video below dominating with his fresh Cape of the Worthy, part of the Vestments of the Worthy series. Over the next four weeks, we’ll gradually reveal more pieces from this collection before the anniversary event kicks off.

Beyond Midgard

In aid of your progress during the anniversary challenges, we’re introducing a fresh battle skill called Overspeed. It’s highly recommended for the upcoming Odin-themed escalation challenge. It’s also worth noting that Final Fantasy‘s popularity on mobile devices continues to grow.

Despite the fact that, over the years, Square Enix frequently returns to the seventh installment of their series, considering its immense popularity among fans, I can’t help but find it quite ironic, yet understandable at the same time.

Meanwhile, if you’re excitedly counting down the days until that upcoming event, make sure not to overlook Stephen’s take on Black Salt Games’ Dredge. This blend of fishing simulation and eldritch horror might just be the new game you’ve been eagerly waiting for!
