Louis Vuitton Drops Chapter Two of Louis Vuitton x Murakami Spring 2025 Collection

As a gaming aficionado, I’m thrilled to be part of Louis Vuitton‘s ongoing tribute to their groundbreaking alliance with Takashi Murakami. Two decades ago, this luxurious brand and the renowned Japanese artist unveiled a vibrant remix of the LV Monogram design, marking the first time this classic pattern was redefined. Today, that collaboration is celebrated far and wide, spanning various genres. Now, Louis Vuitton is back for another round of collaboration, breathing fresh life into the original collection with modern tweaks.

This collaboration, spanning over 200 unique items, highlights the strong creative alliance between the brand and the artist, unveiling an artistic perspective renowned for its exceptional print designs and craftsmanship. Often regarded as a classic collection that signifies significant milestones in contemporary pop and collectible culture, the second installment of the Louis Vuitton x Murakami series emphasizes a Spring fashion trend inspired by the enchanting blossoming of Japan’s cherry blossom season.

This month marks the unveiling of the second segment in our collection, prominently featuring a cherry blossom theme across over 40 of our products. From city bags to silk Carrés, and even sneakers and sandals, the motif is present throughout. The Malle Wardrobe, custom-made to order, as well as luggage accessories like the rolling trunk, Keepall, and others, are also part of this theme. Smaller leather goods such as The Nano Bucket bag and The Zippy wallet will also be given a makeover. Lastly, our Spell on You perfume gets a whimsical boost with the cherry blossom motif adorning the bottle, packaging, travel case, and even the glass dome of the Ultimate Flacon.

Zendaya is back as the leading figure for the new campaign, which kicks off with a sneak peek online on March 14. The full launch, accessible globally, follows on March 21 at various retailers around the world.
