Mika Singh urges everyone to forgive Samay Raina and Ranveer Allahbadia for India’s Got Latent controversy; ‘They are kids who…’

Mika Singh has asked for understanding and pardon towards Ranveer Allahbadia and Samay Raina in light of the India’s Got Latent controversy. In a recent conversation, the singer acknowledged that both YouTubers are essentially young individuals who have experienced success, and he encourages people to show them leniency. He explained, “They are youngsters who have achieved success, so I ask everyone to be forgiving towards them.

During an interview with India Today, Mika Singh voiced his opinions about the India’s Got Talent controversy, emphasizing that there are no personal disputes between him and Samay Raina. He went on to praise Samay as a considerate individual and a gifted artist.

Apart from praising Ranveer Allahbadia for being courteous and kind, Mika noted a potential misstep in Ranveer’s decision to join the show. This is because the program’s style and its audience are quite distinct from what Ranveer typically produces, which tends to be more refined and respectful.

As a die-hard fan of both Mika and Ranveer, I’d say it’s clear from Mika’s perspective that if the invitation had been turned down, the recent controversy could have been avoided altogether. He also pointed out that India’s Got Latent has seen its fair share of questionable comments in the past, and more explicit discussions were common on Samay Raina’s show historically.

He underscored the fact that speaking offensively in a nation like India would undoubtedly spark anger. While commending Samay’s achievements, he advised up-and-coming influencers not to simply mimic his methods. He highlighted that Samay and Ranveer, being public figures, should strive to demonstrate appropriate behavior and be aware of the impact they have on their young fans.

In response to the criticism, Mika clarified that he bears no ill feelings towards them, instead appealing to the public to keep their families out of the fray. He proposed that a temporary ban on these artists might function as an educational moment for others, encouraging influencers to be more mindful about the impact of their statements.

Mika emphasized that these swiftly-succeeded youngsters should be granted forgiveness by the public, stating that even though they are intellectually accomplished and eloquent, they found it challenging to manage their newfound celebrity in a responsible manner.

Runveer Allahbadia and Samay Raina have been receiving criticism due to comments made by Allahbadia on India’s Got Talent. During one episode of the show, Allahbadia, also known as BeerBiceps, reportedly posed an inappropriate question to a contestant.

After the dispute, a police report was submitted against Allahbadia, Raina, as well as other judges, which includes Ashish Chanchlani, Jaspreet Singh, and Apoorva Makhija. The report, known as an FIR, alleges that they broadcasted inappropriate and sexually explicit content on the show, referring to several provisions within the Indian Penal Code (BNS).

Previously, I, a die-hard fan, had the pleasure of witnessing Ranveer Allahbadia’s heartfelt apology in a video message. Not long after, my dear Samay Raina took the extraordinary step of deleting every single episode of India’s Got Latent from YouTube.
