The studio’s decision is intentional, and their leaders have a clear rationale behind it. In a transparent move, CEO Shams Jorjani recently shared insights on the official Discord about why the team has yet to establish a long-term strategy with fans.
firstly, the studio has not made it a priority, and secondly, they don’t feel they have enough structure in place to confidently set future deadlines.
According to him, the game is always evolving, and this unpredictability is an aspect his team has learned to appreciate. For Arrowhead, the thrill of not knowing what’s ahead is just as integral to the experience as the journey itself.
Instead of outlining a formal plan right away, it appears that Arrowhead prefers to proceed step by step, handling each update individually for now.
