In the process of transforming for a world beyond television, CNN brings back an old acquaintance into a top executive position.
After leaving CNN in 2016 and moving to The Wall Street Journal, Amanda Wills is returning to CNN as the Chief Content Officer, according to a statement made by the company on Monday.
The leader will collaborate with the product group while they devise their content approach encompassing television, online, and streaming services. They will keep Virginia Moseley, our editorial’s top executive, informed about their progress, as she oversees this area.
More to come.
