In terms of wrestling, very few nations can boast as many legends of the sport as Canada does. Bret Hart, Kevin Owens, Chris Jericho, Kenny Omega, and even Ivan Koloff (though he’s not actually Russian) are among the most iconic figures in wrestling, both old and new. Consequently, it’s hardly unexpected that Omega and Jericho also play significant roles in East Side Games’ AEW: Rise to the Top.
In a different twist, the group consisting of Ricky, Julian, and Bubbles from the Canadian mockumentary Trailer Park Boys are often seen as icons in a less than favorable light. However, they have even released their own mobile game titled Trailer Park Boys: Greasy Money. Now, these troublemakers are joining forces with the stars mentioned earlier from AEW, as East Side Games brings together adaptations of these two popular franchises!
Starting March 27th, I’ll be right there at Sunnyvale Trailer Park with Jericho and Omega for the SVW wrestling show, where things could go sideways at any moment. On the other hand, it’s back to action for Bubbles as The Green Bastard in AEW: Rise to the Top, as we aim to cause a stir at an upcoming AEW event.

Regardless of your opinion on East Side Games’ catalog, it’s clear that their unique strength lies in the wide array of franchises they create mobile games for, allowing them to produce some astonishingly unconventional collaborations. For instance, the latest fusion of Trailer Boys and Cheech & Chong, or the forthcoming partnership with AEW.
