Alyssa Milano Joins Road Trip Comedy ‘Driver’s Ed’ With Kumail Nanjiani, Molly Shannon, Sam Nivola

Alyssa Milano is joining the cast of Bobby Farrelly‘s comedy Driver’s Ed, currently in production.

Actress who was known for her roles in both “Melrose Place” and “Charmed” is collaborating with the director once more on a new project. Joining her are stars such as Kumail Nanjiani, famous for “The Big Sick”, Molly Shannon from “Saturday Night Live”, Sam Nivola of “The White Lotus”, Sophie Telegadis of “One Stupid Thing”, Mohana Krishnan from “It Lives Inside”, Aidan Laprete of “The Wilds”, and Lilah Pate from “Outer Banks”.

As a die-hard fan, I’m excited about the filming in North Carolina of the hilarious ensemble comedy titled “Driver’s Ed“. This story revolves around us, a group of teens, who in a moment of rebellion, decide to take the school’s driver’s ed car for a wild road trip. Our mission? To help one of our friends reconnect with his college sweetheart and win her back!

As a passionate gamer, I’d say: “This movie is an exciting creation penned by the talented Thomas Moffett, who brought us ‘Shrink’. The production team behind this project includes Jonas Pate, known for his work on ‘Outer Banks’, Jennifer Pate from ‘The Runarounds’, and David Stone, a co-founder of TFC Management and TFC Productions.

The film is being funded by AGC Studios, supplemented by funding from BondIt Media Capital. Stuart Ford of AGC, along with Aghi Koh, Lorelle Lynch, Bobby Farrelly, Scott Lambert (from the movie Tár), and Matthew Helderman and Luke Taylor from BondIt are all serving as executive producers.
