During the event, the popular Bollywood actress emphasized that age is merely a figure to her. She also shared her ambition to remain fit throughout her life so she can continue working even at 75 years old and be agile enough to pick up her grandchildren when needed. For many people, opting for surgery to appear younger is now commonplace, but for the star of Jaane Jaan, it’s something she continues to avoid. Instead, she has found alternative methods to steer clear of botox and skincare treatments. At a recent event, the actress shared that maintaining her youth and embracing life means eating healthily for her.
Instead of relying on beauty treatments and Botox, the 44-year-old Bollywood star is focusing more on holistic approaches to wellness. She enjoys a balanced diet that includes ghee and khichdi, engages in light weight training for muscle strength, goes for short walks, practices Surya Namaskars, and incorporates other small lifestyle habits rather than opting for skin treatments.
In later discussion, she elaborated on her connection with food and revealed that during her childhood, she carried more weight. She expressed a deep fondness for food then. As quoted by India Today, she said, “I’m completely at ease with who I am.” Additionally, she confessed to enjoying snacking on potato chips even in her teenage years.
For the last 10-15 years, she has consistently returned to eating the same comfort food because it brings her a sense of peace and joy. As she explained, “It’s my comfort food. If I go without eating khichdi for three days, I really miss it.
