Persona 4 Remake Could Follow in P3 Reload’s Footsteps Making Xbox Fans Happy

According to leaked reports, there’s a strong possibility that the highly anticipated remake of Persona 4 could debut simultaneously on Xbox Game Pass. Given the successful release of the long-awaited Persona 3 remake known as “Reload”, it seems only natural for the cherished P4 to receive its own remake treatment.

As a die-hard Persona fan, if you’ve been eagerly anticipating Persona 6, it might not pique your immediate interest. But if the prospect of Chie, Rise, Yosuke, and the rest of our beloved gang making a comeback sets your heart racing, then this leak feels like an exhilarating fantasy come to life!

Another Win For Xbox Game Pass?

Based on information from source eXtas1s (via Reddit), not only is the Persona 4 Remake authentic, as previously stated, but it’s also expected to launch on Xbox Game Pass on its release day.

So far, no additional information has emerged about the upcoming remake. However, many fans are backing the leaker due to their past reliability with Xbox Game Pass leak disclosures. Furthermore, considering the recent release of Persona 3 Reload, it’s plausible that Atlus might proceed with a remake for the next game in the series.

It’s important to mention that an improved version of the game, known as Persona 4 Golden, was launched back in 2012. Later, it was ported to contemporary consoles in the 2020s. However, we haven’t seen a remake as extensive as P3 Reload thus far.

Where’s Persona 6?

Following the launches of Persona 5 Tactics and Persona 3 Reload, many enthusiasts have been eagerly waiting for Atlus to unveil Persona 6. However, as of now, there’s been no new information about the game. One fan commented, “At this pace, we might even get a remake of Persona 5 before Persona 6 is officially announced.

It’s plausible that Atlus might be adopting a strategy similar to Capcom’s when it comes to remakes and new releases. While there may not yet be a Persona 6, fans could instead anticipate a revival of a classic game, which is likely easier for the developers since they can build upon established foundations that have already been set in previous titles.

Given that the previous installment was a remake, there’s been a lot of anticipation among fans for the announcement of the next primary series game, as it’s been nearly five years since “Persona 5” was released in 2016.

A Persona 4 Remake hasn’t been officially announced.
