Hailey Welch Joins Glen Powell in Viral Hit ‘Chad Powers’!

After the tumultuous events surrounding the meme coin fiasco that led to my temporary disappearance from the public eye, I find myself once again under the limelight, this time seemingly mingling with the illustrious Glen Powell for his upcoming Hulu series titled “Chad Powers”. You might remember me as the Hawk Tuah girl who gained notoriety last year following a viral video interview. Leveraging my newfound fame, I delved into merchandising, graced numerous red carpets with celebrities, and even launched my own podcast, Talk Tuah. However, the festivities took a turn for the worse when I was implicated in an alleged pump-and-dump scheme involving a meme coin, leading to accusations of insider trading. The value soared to as high as $500 million before swiftly depreciating, leaving many questioning my actions.

According to TMZ, it appears that actress Welch recently showed up on the set of the upcoming Hulu sports comedy series called “Chad Powers”. This show features Powell as Russ Holliday, a fallen quarterback who dons the title role and joins a struggling southern football team in an attempt to rejuvenate his career. Over the weekend, reshooting took place in Los Angeles, and TMZ reports that Welch is set to make a cameo appearance, where she encounters Powell’s character at a club, where he’s celebrating his draft pick to the XFL.

This fall, the new comedy series “Chad Powers,” co-created by Powell and Michael Waldron (known for “Rick and Morty” and “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness”), will premiere on Hulu. The show is being likened to the popular Apple TV+ series, “Ted Lasso.” The star-studded cast includes Steve Zahn (“The White Lotus”), Toby Huss (“The Righteous Gemstones”), Perry Mattfeld (“Shameless”), Clayne Crawford (“Lethal Weapon”), Wynn Everett (“Doom Patrol”), Frankie A. Rodriguez (“High School Musical: The Musical: The Series”), and Colton Ryan (“The Girl from Plainville”).

Glen Powell Remains Busier Than Ever

Beyond Chad Powers, it’s worth noting that Powell currently has numerous projects underway. Contrary to the impression of an overnight sensation, Powell’s career actually dates back to 2003, with his debut in the film “Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over”. His popularity skyrocketed last year due to his roles in “Top Gun: Maverick”, “Anyone But You”, and “Hit Man”. However, Powell’s stardom truly took flight with his leading role in “Twisters”, paving the way for more opportunities.

This year, he is scheduled to feature in Edgar Wright’s revamped adaptation of Stephen King’s “The Running Man”, as well as the black comedy thriller “Huntington” alongside Margaret Qualley from “The Substance”, and the acclaimed Ed Harris. Additionally, he is anticipated to be part of a project by J.J. Abrams that’s in pre-production, titled as yet, and the true-story legal drama “Monsanto”, which centers around a groundskeeper who contracted cancer from using Roundup, and the ambitious young lawyer representing him.

It’s obvious that Powell is swamped with work these days, and some speculate he might appear in a remake of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, though nothing’s been officially confirmed yet. Regardless, it’s evident his popularity continues to soar, and we don’t expect that trend to slow down anytime soon. As for Hailey Welch, her 15 minutes of fame have extended past the 17-minute mark, so who knows what surprises the Hawk Tuah girl has up her sleeve next.
