Hrithik Roshan is preparing to reappear in the forthcoming chapter of his cherished series Krrish. Interestingly, he will also make his directorial debut for the first time with Krrish 4. Recently, he posted an update, indicating that he’s about to embark on this exciting new phase. Regarding his role as a director, he expressed a sense of nostalgia, stating it feels like going back to kindergarten.
On April 10, 2025, Hrithik Roshan made an appearance at the Rangotsav event in the United States, specifically in New Jersey. During this interaction, he expressed his appreciation to the audience for maintaining enthusiasm for the Krrish series throughout the years. He mentioned that preparations for Krrish 4 were about to commence as soon as he returned from the event. The actor expressed optimism that Krrish 4 would receive the same affection as its predecessors.

Concerning the role of director, Hrithik confessed that he felt ‘anxious’ and ‘apprehensive.’ He expressed, “I feel like I’m back in kindergarten. It seems I have to grow up all over again in a completely new manner, it’s going to be a fresh challenge, a new battle… filled with uncertainties, seeking, and searching.
Hrithik admitted that at times he might doubt his decisions, but in those anxious instances, he’ll recall the affection of his fans. Furthermore, he emphasized that he’d greatly appreciate their blessings and backing.

A source close to the project stated, “Hrithik Roshan and Priyanka Chopra make a great team on screen and have a strong working bond. It was practically inevitable for Priyanka to sign up for Krrish 4. The actress was captivated by Hrithik’s vision for advancing the franchise, and thrilled to see him taking up the director’s role for this film.
Not only that, but it’s been revealed that extensive preparations for the film are underway right now. It looks like production will kick off as early as the first three months of 2026.
