Actor Jaideep Ahlawat is all set to appear in “Jewel Thief-The Heist Begins,” alongside Saif Ali Khan, Kunal Kapoor, and Nikita Dutta. The initial song from the upcoming heist movie, titled “Jaadu,” has been creating quite a buzz online, thanks to Ahlawat’s extraordinary dance routines! Fans can’t get enough of the Maharaj actor’s dancing skills, and even his close friend and fellow actor Vijay Varma was left in awe, reminiscing about their college days.
On his Instagram stories, Vijay Varma shared a video clip of the “Jaadu” song featuring Jaideep Ahlawat. The impressive dance moves in the video reminded Varma of a nostalgic moment from college days, when he had last witnessed Ahlawat dancing during their fresher’s party.
As a dedicated follower, I couldn’t help but exclaim, “Check out these moves of Ahlawat post the FTII fresher party!” accompanied by two cake and a kiss emoticons. I even tagged the Jewel Thief actor for good measure.
Vijay Varma sends major shout out to Jaideep Ahlawat
A lively tune from the soon-to-be-released movie Jewel Thief – The Heist Commences, titled “The Heist Begins,” was made available a few days ago. Sung by Raghav Chaitanya, the music for this song is created by OAFF and Savera, with Kumaar being responsible for the lyrics.
The tune further unveiled its principal characters: Saif Ali Khan played ‘The Mastermind,’ Nikita Dutta embodied ‘The One with Dreams in Her Heart,’ Jaideep Ahlawat portrayed ‘The Ruler of Criminal Activities,’ and Kunal Kapoor depicted ‘The Tenacious Police Officer.’
Under the guidance of directors Kookie Gulati and Robbie Grewal, a sneak peek at the upcoming heist movie titled Jewel Thief-The Heist Starts has been unveiled. This intriguing preview showcases Saif Ali Khan and Jaideep Ahlawat teaming up to make off with the highly sought-after African Red Sun diamond. Notably, this project marks the digital premiere of Siddharth Anand as well as his reunion with Saif following a long hiatus.
Previously, they worked together in movies such as Ta Ra Rum Pum and Salaam Namaste. The upcoming film Jewel Thief is scheduled for release on Netflix on the 25th of April, 2025.
Next up for Vijay Varma is Ul Jalool Ishq, a film directed by Vibhu Puri. This upcoming production stars Fatima Sana Shaikh, Naseeruddin Shah, and Sharib Hashmi in significant roles. The project is supported by Manish Malhotra, a well-known figure in fashion, under the Stage5 Productions banner.
