As per Digital Spy reports, production for “Enola Holmes 3” is underway in the UK, with Millie Bobby Brown once again stepping into the lead role of Enola Holmes. However, there’s been no official confirmation yet if actors like Henry Cavill (Sherlock Holmes), Helena Bonham Carter (Eudoria Holmes), and Susan Wokoma (Edith) will rejoin the cast. Nevertheless, it is anticipated that they will return, given the series’ widespread popularity and success. Notably, Philip Barantini, director of “Adolescence,” will take over directing duties for this installment, replacing Harry Bradbeer who directed the first two films. This change marks a significant creative shift, as “Adolescence” garnered critical acclaim following its record-breaking Netflix debut, giving Barantini an opportunity to add his unique touch to the “Enola Holmes” franchise.

Details about the upcoming Enola Holmes film are shrouded in secrecy, but it’s expected that Brown will be joined by some familiar faces, including Cavill, Carter, and Wokoma. The supporting cast of Enola Holmes 2 also includes David Thewlis, Louis Partridge, Adeel Akhtar, and Sharon Duncan-Brewster.
