It Ends With Us Crew Member Offers Take On Blake Lively And Justin Baldoni’s Drama; ‘I Find It Very Hard To Believe’

Towards the close of 2024, following months of apparent turmoil between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni, the actress involved in It Ends With Us made a formal complaint against the film’s director, accusing him of sexual harassment, retaliation, among other allegations. This incident has since evolved into a significant legal dispute between the parties, with each side filing lawsuits against one another. Recently, a member of the movie crew has expressed her viewpoint on this ongoing matter, stating that she finds Lively’s accusations against Baldoni difficult to accept.

Talia Spencer, a storyboard artist in the movie industry, unequivocally expressed her skepticism towards the accusations leveled against Justin Baldoni. In an interview with 60 Minutes Australia, she praised him as one of the rare directors she’s worked with who exhibited exceptional kindness and respect. Later on, she elaborated on why she found it difficult to accept these allegations: she had personally observed his considerate behavior on set.

From my perspective, I find it extremely difficult to accept the accusations against him. Given his commitment to the movie’s purpose, which is supposedly aimed at empowering young women, and considering his sincere assertion that he made this film with the intention of helping young females, it seems highly improbable that these allegations are true. To put it simply, I find it hard to believe the accusations indeed.

Immediately afterwards, she clarified that she had always been at ease collaborating with the director. In truth, she mentioned that she felt “even more relaxed” in Baldoni’s presence compared to other directors she had previously worked with.

The discussion shifted towards speculations about Blake Lively exerting control while producing this movie, given reports of a second edit, Ryan Reynolds modifying a crucial scene, her on-set demands, and other allegations. To address this, Spencer was questioned if Baldoni had been pushed aside by the actress during film production. In reply, the storyboard artist stated:

It seems possible that Blake might have perceived his own kindness as a sign of vulnerability, and attempted to exploit this by seizing control or authority.

Did she manage to do so? That’s a yes as well.

It’s quite likely that Justin’s initial concept for the movie underwent significant changes.

Simultaneously, another team member concurred that Baldoni might not have been able to perform the actions he is being accused of. Yet, they mentioned that it seemed like “Blake found the whole production disturbing.

Lively’s team has also said two other women had incidents with Baldoni.

Eventually, the true events remain uncertain as both parties have vigorously argued their opposing views, presenting diverse narratives, proofs, and accusations. In the court of public sentiment, this crew member publicly expressed finding it extremely hard to accept the allegations against Baldoni, while a legal representative suggests that Lively may have a more substantial case.

To put it simply, the events are unfolding under legal scrutiny with fresh developments and accusations emerging each day. As of now, a court case has been scheduled for March 2026. Rest assured, we’ll share any new insights we gather about the situation with you as they come to light.
