EXCLUSIVE: After Go Goa Goa, Dinesh Vijan set for another Zombie Comedy; Filming begins in second half of 2025

Back in 2013, Dinesh Vijan produced the zombie comedy film “Go Goa Gone,” which starred Saif Ali Khan, Kunal Kemmu, Vir Das, and Anand Tiwari. Over the past 12 years, this movie has gained a devoted fanbase in the film-watching community, with many asking for more zombie comedies. Following “Go Goa Gone,” Dinesh Vijan established his own horror comedy universe, including movies like “Stree,” “Bhediya,” “Munjya,” and the upcoming sequel to “Stree” – along with several other projects such as “Thamma,” “Chamunda,” and “Shakti Shalini.” Now, Dinesh Vijan is preparing to return to the zombie comedy genre once more.

Based on information from individuals involved in the project, Dinesh Vijan is currently working on a Zombie Comedy. It’s expected that production will begin in the second half of 2025. Known for innovative content in comedy, as seen in Stree, Munjya, and Bhediya, Dinesh Vijan’s upcoming project in the zombie genre is also anticipated to be a unique cinematic experience. A plot for this zombie comedy has been conceived and is currently being developed.
