Ashley St. Clair asserts that Elon Musk, a man with several unique-named offspring, is also the father of her child. Yet, according to St. Clair, Jared Birchall, who works as Musk’s fixer, attempted to conceal this information. However, she has now disclosed her baby’s name and shared details about this experience, including the revelation of her child’s existence and what she claims was offered to her in an attempt to keep this situation private.
Birchall handles “the financial and confidential arrangements that Elon Musk desires for the women giving birth to his wealthiest-in-the-world’s children,” according to the Wall Street Journal, and he worked personally with St. Clair. As per the report, Tesla’s CEO offered St. Clair $15 million and $100,000 monthly in exchange for her silence about their child, Romulus. It appears that similar agreements exist between Musk and other women who have also had children with him.
At a certain stage in the narrative, Birchall shared with St. Clair some information regarding the possibility of Musk and him having offspring: this was what Birchall conveyed.
In all areas of his life, privacy and maintaining confidentiality are paramount, and he structures his entire existence around a system that rewards merit, much like a merit-based society.
It is said that Musk asked St. Clair to keep their relationship private, and as per texts reviewed by the outlet, “Birchall communicated about omitting Musk’s name from the birth certificate.” Although she didn’t include his name on the document, she did retain a lawyer’s services.

As time goes on, there seems to be a growing disconnect between Elon Musk’s perception and the real world, as evidenced by his candid remarks about Dana Carvey’s SNL portrayal of him.
Following his portrayal as Elon Musk on Saturday Night Live, comedian Dana Carvey offered a critique of the performance that the business mogul himself might find commendable.
As per the narrative, Musk expressed a desire to keep things confidential due to his belief that it was potentially risky. In private communications, it’s suggested that he cautioned about the potential repercussions of disclosing information regarding the baby and their relationship, stating that it could have negative consequences. Furthermore, he is reported to have stated, “Only the vigilant thrive.” This implies a sense of caution and alertness in light of potential threats. Additionally, Musk has been noted as stating that he ranks second after Trump in terms of assassination risks.
Later on, she was provided with papers that required her to maintain this information confidential. To reiterate the initial figures mentioned, the sum of $15 million was intended for “a residence and daily living costs.” Concurrently, she would receive an allowance of $100,000 per month until their child reached the age of 21.
Under this agreement, St. Clair would have been prohibited from responding critically or unfavorably towards Musk. Any breach of the agreement would require her to repay the $15 million. Yet, it’s important to note that this agreement did not prevent Musk from expressing negative opinions about her.
It seems that the contract didn’t include provisions for assistance if her song faced significant health issues. Furthermore, in case Elon Musk passed away before the child reached 21, they would not inherit a trust fund or life insurance.
So she didn’t sign.
As a result, Musk finds himself embroiled in another court case. In recent years, he’s been entangled in a dispute concerning the film “Blade Runner 2049,” and he was implicated in the legal drama between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. To add to this, Musk has a complex relationship with Disney as well. Taken together, these are just three of the many issues he’s encountered. Additionally, his ex-partner Grimes has filed a lawsuit against him regarding paternal rights, and they have three children together.
It’s emphasized repeatedly that St. Clair was concerned about her child feeling ‘unacknowledged’, and that’s the reason she wished for this tale not to remain hidden from public view. To quote her, “I didn’t want my child to feel unacknowledged, which is why I wanted this story to be shared.
I don’t want my son to feel like he’s a secret.
Currently, the matter concerning parentage is being resolved within the legal system, with the New York Supreme Court mandating a DNA test. The findings indicated an incredibly high likelihood, almost absolute, of paternity, at approximately 99.9999%.
As a film enthusiast, I’ve been following the saga of St. Clair closely. After she spoke up about the financial situation on X, the initial $15 million offer was retracted. Then, as the legal battle unfolded, the monthly payments were reduced to $40,000. More recently, her team received a check for $20,000, slashing the payment in half. In a heartfelt account, St. Clair detailed her experiences and shared her perspective on the story revolving around her baby and Elon Musk.
