Are you longing for the return of Tony DiNozzo and Ziva David in the NCIS universe, tired of rewatching their old NCIS episodes on Paramount+? Great news! They’re coming back to the series with a fitting title, NCIS: Tony & Ziva, which will be exclusively streaming on Paramount+. We’ve got some exciting sneak peeks of Michael Weatherly and Cote de Pablo revisiting their roles, but I must say, watching Tony make their daughter Tali laugh is particularly entertaining.
The images shown here are from the first episode of the upcoming spinoff series titled “NCIS: Tony & Ziva – No Country is Safe,” which is expected to air this fall according to TVLine’s announcement. This show will be the first time Tony and Ziva have appeared together on screen since the “Past, Present, and Future” episode from NCIS Season 11. In this new series, fans will also get a glimpse of how Tony and Ziva are raising their daughter Tali (played by Isla Gie). The photos below suggest that Tony enjoys entertaining his little girl with funny faces.
The story of NCIS: Tony & Ziva resumes, with the main characters now residing in Paris, France – the destination where Ziva was bound for to rejoin Tony and Tali when she disappeared during NCIS Season 17. It’s heartening to see this tender father-daughter moment, though I fear it may be short-lived as their peaceful existence seems poised to crumble. The scene shows them looking at something off-screen that seems to unsettle them greatly.

In this scene, Tony and Ziva are seen escorting Tali to what appears to be a school. However, due to the circumstances, it’s uncertain whether this is her regular learning place or a temporary location she’s attending while her parents handle the challenges presented by their current TV series.

Check out the first images from NCIS: Tony & Ziva located towards the end of the article in the gallery section. These photos introduce new characters such as Claudette, portrayed by Amita Suman, who serves as the Chief Technical Officer at the security firm managed by Tony, and Boris, played by Maximillian Osinski, a highly skilled Russian expat hacker.

In addition to the main characters, Sophie (portrayed by Lara Rossi), a former member of the Special Intelligence Service who will take care of Tali, is also set to appear in the spinoff. Julian Ovenden plays Jonah, the head of Interpol, while Nassima Benchicou portrays Martine, a former French intelligence agent for the Directorate-General for Eternal Security. Terence Maynard takes on the role of Dr. Lang, an experienced therapist, and James D’Arcy stars as Henry, a senior Interpol official. Michael Weatherly, Cote de Pablo, John McNamara, Laurie Lieser, Christina Strain, and Shelley Meals are involved behind the scenes as executive producers and showrunners.
NCIS: Tony & Ziva started shooting last summer across locations like Budapest, the Canary Islands, and Paris, and filming concluded in February. With around six months left until its release, stay tuned to TopMob for additional details about what’s in store!
