Bollywood stars Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan have recently vacated their homes due to renovations and redevelopment. Specifically, Shah Rukh moved from his famous residence Mannat, while Aamir is leaving his apartment in Pali Hill, Bandra, Mumbai, as the Virgo Cooperative Housing Society will be undergoing redevelopment.

Man Infraconstruction Limited (MICL) is leading the luxury renovation of the property, transforming it into an exclusive residential complex. Aamir Khan, who owns several apartments in the building, will be provided a spot in the redevelopment’s refurbished area, much like other residents.

Manan Shah, MICL’s Managing Director, shared with Hindustan Times that the project they are working on, together with their partners, is currently awaiting approval. Their goal is to initiate the project by December 2025, which will feature apartments owned by Aamir Khan.

In December 2023, it was disclosed that MICL’s affiliate company would lead the renovation of a Bandra housing society. This refurbishment project, known as Atmosphere Realty, is a joint effort by three prominent real estate conglomerates: the Wadhwa Group, MICL, and the Chandak Group, who collectively own 34% of the venture.

Aamir, just like other owners, is set to receive the newly built extension – a rehabilitation wing – for the property that he has multiple apartments in.

In addition, it has been reported that the actor from Sitaare Zameen Par also recently acquired a luxurious apartment in the upscale Pali Hill district of Bandra. According to records obtained by Square Yards, he paid over Rs 9 crore for the 1,027 sq ft property. The deal included a stamp duty payment of approximately Rs 58.5 lakh and a registration fee of around Rs 30,000.

Regarding his professional endeavors, Aamir Khan is preparing for the debut of his upcoming movie titled “Sitaare Zameen Par.” This film serves as a continuation of his 2007 project, “Taare Zameen Par.” As of now, the exact release date for the film remains undisclosed; however, TopMob has exclusively revealed that it is expected to premiere in cinemas on June 20, 2025. Additionally, insiders have hinted that the trailer for “Sitaare Zameen Par” might be shown alongside Ajay Devgn’s movie “Raid,” which is scheduled for a release on May 1.

According to the source, the strategy is to inform the theater-going public directly about the release date, and it’s anticipated that “Raid 2” will perform well at the box office. However, since we’re talking about Aamir, he might make unexpected adjustments at the last minute.
