In April 2025, the office located at One Place Lodha was legally established, as confirmed by records from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), which were examined by Square Yards.

The office space measures around 1,146.88 square feet (or approximately 106.56 square meters) and comes with two assigned parking spaces for cars. According to IGR records, the deal included a stamp duty fee of INR 48 lakhs and registration costs totaling INR 30,000.

This sale represents a substantial increase in value of around 65%.

Based on a review by Square Yards of the property registration records, it appears that Abhishek Bachchan, Shahid Kapoor, Amish Tripathi, and Manoj Bajpayee are among the list of celebrity property owners in the Lower Parel region.

Based on RERA regulations, Macrotech Developers Limited’s commercial development known as One Place Lodha spans approximately 1.08 acres and offers office spaces sized between 179 square feet to a maximum of 27,392 square feet. Data Intelligence from Square Yards indicates that during the period from May 2024 to April 2025, a total of 8 transactions were recorded at One Place Lodha with a combined value of Rs 618 crore. The average price per square foot for properties in this project is roughly Rs 48,000.

Recently, Akshay Kumar has offloaded properties valued above one billion Indian rupees in Mumbai, among them are three flats priced over fourteen crores at Oberoi Sky City, a development situated in the neighborhood of Borivali.
