The highly acclaimed anime has moved into its fourth and concluding segment, where the Soul Reapers and Quincy find themselves fully engaged, as the imminent attack by Yhwach on the Soul Society demands no less than a significant boost in power among several key characters if they hope to sway the course of this war.
Many Soul Reapers have enhanced their abilities using advanced technology and introduced fresh shikai and bankai forms, yet the Gotei 13 could benefit from further improvement. As the impending battle with the remaining Quincy approaches, there’s no room for mistakes. Some Soul Reapers, even those with supporting roles, should strive to strengthen themselves for the sake of everyone and themselves. They ought to refine their Zanpakuto skills, learn new kido spells, or create innovative techniques to boost their power. This advice is also relevant for those Soul Reapers who are now set to replace fallen Captains.
Squad 5’s Lieutenant Could Legitimately Help as Support
In the anime series “Bleach,” Lieutenant Momo Hinamori has consistently struggled and faced setbacks right from her initial appearances, marked by unfortunate incidents and misconceptions. Although she demonstrated growth in combat during the battle in the fake Karakura Town with her Shikai’s powerful explosions, Momo was still unable to secure a decisive victory. As the Thousand-Year Blood War storyline unfolds, Momo seems to be contributing even less.
Momo’s current abilities seem barely sufficient to manage Espada’s subordinates, let alone the elite Sternritter. At present, she feels outdated. It’s not that we expect Momo to suddenly unleash Bankai like Rukia did in Squad 2, but it would be advantageous if she could enhance her Shikai or discover a new method of employing it. Additionally, expanding her arsenal of kido spells would benefit Momo significantly in the approaching fight against Gerard.
Without Their Captain, Squad 4 Is in Shambles
Among the Soul Reaper officers, Lieutenant Isane Kotetsu stands out as one who requires enhancement and power-up prior to the war against the Wandenreich. In comparison to others, Isane excels in medical kido but falls short in every other aspect. Currently, her healing skills are adequate but insufficient for the upcoming challenges. To meet these challenges, Isane must increase her Shikai’s power, either by enhancing her healing abilities or by developing offensive capabilities.
In the Soul Society arc, Isane’s Shikai only produces two small blades to accompany the main blade of her Zanpakuto, which seems insufficient for battling significant opponents. Given that a committed member of Squad 4 requires more than just a melee-type Zhikai, it is crucial for Isane to undergo a substantial power boost before she could even contemplate succeeding Captain Unohana, who is now absent.
Yasutora Sado Deserves His Time in the Limelight
It’s almost become a humorous yet unfavorable pattern that Ichigo’s close companion, Chad, often lags behind in terms of power development. During the Soul Society arc, Chad made an ill-advised attack on Captain Kyoraku, and in the Arrancar saga, his victories were merely minor skirmishes that had minimal impact on the overall outcome. However, during his time in Las Noches, Chad did manage to increase his power, but it wasn’t sufficient for him to defeat any of the Espadas.
If Chad intends to play a more significant role in the upcoming fight against the remaining Sternritter, he needs to enhance his Hollow-like powers in his arms again. With his Hollow-like abilities, Chad has the possibility of evolving into something remarkable, and such a transformation would offer an interesting twist. Without further development of his powers, Chad might only serve as a spectator while Ichigo takes on the majority of the tasks.
The Visored Soul Reaper Has a Little Time Left to Make Her Mark
It’s not surprising that many casual Bleach fans might struggle to remember who Lieutenant Mashiro Kuna is, given her limited role within the broader narrative. Initially serving as the second-in-command of Squad 9 under Captain Kensei Muguruma, Mashiro and Kensei later transformed into Visoreds and returned to their original squad as Soul Reaper officers. However, it’s worth noting that only Kensei made an effort to increase his power during Bleach’s current storyline.
Even though Kensei didn’t manage to close the deal against Sternritter S Mask de Masculine alongside Rojuro, his effort was quite admirable. Mashiro, on the other hand, was conspicuously absent during this battle. In the Bleach anime, she’s barely been seen since her intense training with Shuhei, which is unfortunate. At present, Mashiro seems insignificant, but if she were to grow stronger and perhaps reactivate her Hollow mask again, she could potentially contribute something meaningful as the climactic battle unfolds.
The Most Valiant Sternritter Has Fully Powered Up
Fans of Bleach are confident that Sternritter M Gerard Valkyrie is poised to take center stage in the final season, given his association with a powerful group. It’s not a question of whether he will increase his power, but rather when. It’s clear that Gerard has been conserving a significant amount of strength up until now, which explains his temporary losses against the Royal Guard.
Gerard has merely suggested his full potential in “The Miracle,” but he’s grown into a colossal “Warrior of God” now, ready to demonstrate to fans of “Bleach” what that entails. It’s important to remember that size isn’t everything, so Gerard needs to acquire some amazing new abilities to make him more than just a giant on the battlefield. He should display to “Bleach” fans what it means to be a divine warrior with miraculous powers, and the outcome is expected to be quite spectacular.
Yoruichi Is One Power-Up Away From Changing the Tide of the War
In the intense battles of “Thousand-Year Blood War,” even a formidable warrior like Yoruichi Shihoin, who can overpower lower-ranked Espadas, finds her power becoming less effective. The power dynamics in “Bleach” are mercilessly escalating, forcing even exceptional fighters such as Yoruichi to strive tirelessly to maintain their prowess. Recently, Yoruichi has reentered the fray, but she didn’t fare particularly well against the Schutzstaffel.
It’s apparent that Yoruichi will likely need to come up with some additional strategies to assist the heroes in confronting Gerard, Askin Nakk Le Vaar, and Yhwach. She might require an upgrade akin to Super Saiyan, and there’s a possibility her Bankai could be involved as well. While we’ve never witnessed Yoruichi using her Zanpakuto, she still holds the potential to activate it if faced with extreme peril.
The Former Captain Has an Ace up His Sleeve
As a die-hard Bleach fan, I’ve been thrilled to witness Kisuke Urahara gradually unveiling his hidden might. From his Zanpakuto’s Shikai to his diverse arsenal of kido spells and ingenious inventions, these tools have consistently tipped the scales in his favor during battles – earning him a place among the Five Special War Powers by the Wandenreich.
However, as the war reaches its peak, it seems Kisuke has one more ace up his sleeve to play. I can hardly wait to see what this final weapon will bring to the table!
It seems almost certain that Kisuke possesses a Bankai, given his past role as a Captain and his skillful use of his Zanpakuto. In fact, it’s more likely than not that he would unleash his Bankai at the most crucial moment to alter the course of battle. As a character known for his expertise in kido and science, Bleach fans might expect Kisuke’s Bankai to have an intricate ability that requires creative problem-solving, rather than something straightforward like Jakuho Raikoben or Senbonzakura Kageyoshi.
A Bankai Awakening Looms in His Future
Fans of Bleach may argue that Captain Kenpachi Zaraki has reached a sufficient level of power in the ongoing storyline, given he’s unlocked Shikai and is no longer holding back. However, there’s still room for him to grow, as fans have come to realize after witnessing his extraordinary advancements beyond initial expectations. But Kenpachi knows all too well that his typical confidence and strength alone won’t be enough to secure victory in this conflict.
In the ongoing struggle against Yhwach and the powerful Sternritter, even formidable warrior Kenpachi cannot disregard any avenue for enhancing his power. The logical move forward for him is to activate Bankai, yet the challenge lies in how he’ll accomplish it. Since Kenpachi had to defeat Unohana to learn Nozarashi’s name and Shikai, fans can only speculate about the steps Kenpachi might take to summon his Zanpakuto once more.
Debut Episode: “Assemble! The Gotei 13”
Among some of the Soul Reaper Captains, a few have advanced in their abilities by acquiring new Zanpakuto releases. Notably, Captain Sui-Feng from Squad 2 appears to be slightly behind her peers. Initially, she shared the same complacency as her comrades during the war’s onset. However, she managed to reclaim her Bankai and utilized it to vanquish Sternritter K BG9. Since then, Captain Sui-Feng seems to have been less active and has remained relatively inactive compared to her contemporaries.
Beyond Yoruichi, Sui-Feng is the Soul Society’s standout figure, possessing a distinctive and lethal skillset. Unfortunately, she has been underperforming or shying away from combat, a trend that needs to change as the climactic battle of the war approaches. Sui-Feng has the potential to unleash her wind-based Shunko to its fullest extent or perhaps even enhance her stinger-like Zanpakuto to rival the power of her Sternritter adversaries.
The Captain of Squad 10 Needs to Complete His Character Arc
Captain Toshiro Hitsugaya from Squad 10 experienced a harsh awakening at the start of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War. Although he’s managed to reclaim his Bankai and come up with an innovative team move alongside Rangiku, it’s no longer sufficient. Since Toshiro has broken free from Giselle Gewelle’s control thanks to The Zombie, he needs to introduce fresh strategies in the battlefield now.
In line with Toshiro’s ongoing journey of growth, given his role as a young Captain who has consistently progressed since his debut in Bleach, it seems fitting for him to create a new formidable technique using Daiguren Hyorinmaru or master more complex kido spells to broaden his repertoire now.
