According to records from Square Yards and property registration documents, Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal has extended his lease on a luxury apartment located in Mumbai’s exclusive Juhu neighborhood for three years, starting in April 2025. The monthly rent for this high-end residence amounts to approximately Rs 17 lakh.

Over the course of the initial two years, you can expect a monthly rental cost of approximately 17.01 lakhs. However, in the third and final year, there will be a slight increase to 17.86 lakhs per month.
During the duration of the new lease, it is projected that Vicky Kaushal will pay approximately Rs 6.2 crore in total rental fees. This latest lease extension follows a previous five-year contract signed in July 2021, where the initial monthly rent was set at Rs 8 lakh, as determined by Square Yards’ analysis.

Renowned for its scenic coastline, upscale dining spots, and close proximity to bustling commercial hubs like Andheri and Bandra, Juhu provides a highly desirable living experience.

Vicky Kaushal’s rented residence is located within Raj Mahal, a completely ready-to-occupy housing complex. According to property records checked by Square Yards, the apartment spans approximately 2,781.83 square feet (or about 258.48 square meters).
