Peacock May 2025 Lineup: You Won’t Believe What’s Coming!

Without ever disappointing its subscribers, Peacock consistently delivers a rich collection of unique movies and TV series. In the upcoming month, a string of highly-anticipated films is set to join the platform, along with a beloved and critically acclaimed series that fans have eagerly waited two years to revisit. Although May doesn’t bring an influx of brand new or returning shows to Peacock, there will still be plenty of content for viewers to enjoy.

In the upcoming weeks, Peacock will debut a variety of shows – from a crime comedy drama, a medical series return, and a new reality competition, giving viewers an array of distinct choices. Additionally, there are numerous brand-new episodes of shows like “Suits: LA”, “Night Court”, “Found”, “Below Deck Down Under”, and “Law & Order: Organized Crime” lined up for release throughout May. This means that whether you’re looking to explore something fresh or revisit cherished classics, Peacock has plenty to offer for everyone.

‘Poker Face’ (Season 2)

Poker Face narrates the story of Charlie Cale (portrayed by Natasha Lyonne), a casino employee who possesses an extraordinary ability – she can instinctively tell when someone is lying. This makes her something like a mobile, human lie detector. As a result, she finds herself solving mysteries in different locations. Accompanied by her Plymouth Barracuda, Charlie traverses the country, delving into crimes and meeting an array of eccentric individuals. However, it’s important to note that Charlie is not just a detective; she’s also on the run, having found herself in this predicament after her boss met an untimely and suspicious death.

In its second season, the show “Poker Face” finds Charlie embarking on another journey due to her actions in the Season 1 finale causing a formidable crime syndicate to take notice. The series continues its winning formula by introducing a fresh batch of guest stars like Awkwafina, John Mulaney, Ego Nwodim, Sam Richardson, Giancarlo Esposito, Katie Holmes, Kumail Nanjiani, Cynthia Erivo, BJ Novak, Haley Joel Osment, John Cho, Justin Theroux, Jason Ritter, and Melanie Lynskey, among others. ‘Transplant’ (Season 4)

In a medical setting, Transplant unfolds as a gripping drama about ER physician Dr. Bashir “Bash” Hamed (Hamza Haq). He’s navigating the intense landscape of emergency medicine while attempting to rebuild his career after a setback. A refugee from Syria who sought safety in Canada, he now serves as a resident at York Memorial Hospital due to complications with the recognition of his foreign qualifications. Throughout his journey to get back on track, Bash’s wartime training and skills repeatedly prove valuable.

In its fourth season, the character Bash nears completion of his residency, officially becoming a doctor. Together with his younger sister Amira (played by Sirena Gulamgaus), Bash completes the process to become a Canadian citizen as he strives for a fulfilling life in his new home. Overcoming war, sorrow, and endless bureaucratic hurdles, Bash’s pursuit of stability may soon bear fruit. Catch Transplant on May 23.

‘Destination X’ (Season 1)

The competition series called Destination X has contestants trying to outdo each other as Europe serves as their playing field. Hosted by Jeffrey Dean Morgan, this show is essentially a game of guessing locations based on given clues. Throughout their exciting journeys, they’ll encounter unique and lesser-known tourist spots that have been modified for the challenges. As they travel through various countries each week, they’ll strive to determine where they are.

To get the most edge, they’ll have to employ their keen observational abilities and draw upon their understanding of history, geography, and popular culture. Simultaneously, they’ll need to maneuver through intentional deceit and mental challenges. As the competition unfolds, competitors will visit the Map Room each week, placing an X on a map to indicate where they believe their location lies. The competitor who is farthest from the actual spot gets eliminated. The participant who reaches the finale will pocket the grand prize of $250,000. Destination X premieres on May 28.
