Equip the Best Armor & Weapons

Preparing the strongest armor is a crucial initial move to prevent being instantly defeated by its powerful railgun attacks. If you’ve been playing Wilds since its debut, you’re already accustomed to the characteristics of Rey Dau. Given that it’s vulnerable to Ice and Water, weapons from Jin Dahaad (Ice) and Uth Duna (Water) are both effective options.

In terms of armor selection, focus on shielding against lightning. For instance, Rey Dau’s armor performs well in this regard, but the choice ultimately depends on your personal preference. At present, resistance stats aren’t heavily influential in The Wilds, so any fully upgraded armor set will suffice for optimal defense.

Stock Up on Nullberries

The Improved Rey Dau doesn’t introduce groundbreaking new abilities, but it’s swifter now, and its electrical attacks create an ongoing series of lightning aftershocks. You might assume you’re secure following the avoidance of a railgun blast, only for it to detonate again seconds later, sometimes even a third time.
