Aisha Bowe, Blue Origin Astronaut, Signs With CAA (Exclusive)

Aerospace engineer Aisha Bowe, who recently traveled to sub-orbital space aboard Blue Origin‘s New Shepard rocket in April, has now joined the roster at Creative Artists Agency (CAA).

A well-known talent agency in Hollywood plans to collaborate with Bowe, aiming to broaden his horizons in areas such as book publishing, public speaking engagements, podcast production, commercial endorsements, and non-scripted TV shows. Previously a NASA rocket scientist, Bowe was part of the pioneering group of citizen astronauts, which included Katy Perry and Gayle King, who embarked on a 10-minute space voyage aboard Jeff Bezos’ spacecraft for an all-female expedition to and from outer space.

Apart from being the CEO of STEMBoard, an innovative engineering company, Bowe is also the inventor behind LINGO, an interactive coding tool that has been utilized by more than 10,000 students so far. His ambition is to expand its reach to a million learners within the next ten years.

Her latest flight with Blue Origin signified a significant achievement in her multifaceted profession, where she combines expertise in aerospace, entrepreneurship, and global advocacy for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields, to encourage their pursuit.

Bowe was highlighted in the documentary “In Her Element,” produced by Reese Witherspoon’s media company Hello Sunshine and HPE. This documentary focuses on influential women in technology. Moreover, she has been a strong advocate for STEM and entrepreneurship across various nations such as Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, Egypt, Croatia, and South Africa.

Bowe has been recognized with several prestigious awards such as the NASA Equal Employment Opportunity Medal, being named STEM for Her Woman of the Year, receiving the U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce Emerging Star Award, and earning the NASA Engineering Honor Award.
