Actress Aditi Rao Hydari first graced the Cannes Film Festival in 2022, and continued to captivate audiences worldwide for the following two years. It is now known that the star of “Heeramandi” will be making a return to the French Riviera, attending the esteemed film festival for her fourth time.
As per the latest news from Filmfare, Aditi Rao Hydari plans to grace the Cannes Film Festival for the fourth time in 2025. Known for her stunning red carpet appearances in the past, she is expected to dazzle once more. Unfortunately, details about her outfit for this year are still under wraps.
Aditi is set to follow other well-known Indian personalities attending the festival this year. Alia Bhatt will make her first appearance, while Aishwarya Rai Bachchan returns for another round. Additionally, Janhvi Kapoor, Ishaan Khatter, Karan Johar, and others will attend the premiere of their film “Homebound”, directed by Neeraj Ghaywan. The movie has been chosen for the Un Certain Regard section.
The 78th Cannes Film Festival kicked off on May 13 and the closing ceremony will be held on May 24.
Currently, Aditi Rao Hydari is celebrating the one-year milestone of her series Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar. This period drama signified the online debut of Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The show premiered on Netflix on May 1, 2024.
About her next projects, she’s currently working on a series called “O Saathi Re”. This romantic drama features Avinash Tiwary and Arjun Rampal as co-stars. The show was conceptualized by Imtiaz Ali and directed by Arif Ali. In the official announcement, it was referred to as a tribute to the classic sensation of love in modern times.
