Elder Scrolls Online: Xbox and PlayStation Console Add-ons Support
In the upcoming Update 46, Elder Scrolls Online players using consoles can enjoy a revamped game world featuring Hero’s Return, subclassing, and a new narrative. Although these features will be accessible from now on, the much anticipated console add-ons will fully launch on June 23, 2025. This exciting update will enable Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5 users to pick and install various convenience mods for ESO directly within the game through an integrated browser.
Add-ons, such as HarvestMap for marking resource node locations, AwesomeGuildStore to enhance the Guild Store interface, and Permanent Memento for preserving favorite cosmetic items, operate like mini-modifications to enhance the console gaming experience. These add-ons can be developed by the community using authorized tools and are expected to continue growing. One of their key features is that they won’t conflict with other players on the server, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted gameplay for everyone.
