Projected Figures

In this high-speed thriller directed by Jean Luc Herbulot, two Americans find themselves abruptly waking up with explosives attached to them. They have only 10 hours to disarm these bombs and prevent them from exploding, as they embark on a twisted scavenger hunt for survival. The clock is relentlessly ticking.

Two unsuspecting individuals, identified as Hus Miller and Cam McHarg, find themselves in a perilous predicament – unwillingly drafted for a life-threatening assignment. Their unexpected awakening occurs in the heart of Senegal, where they discover explosives strapped to their bodies with a countdown timer set for detonation within 10 hours. As their only means of survival, they must adhere to instructions received over the phone from an enigmatic figure (Willem Dafoe), leading them on a hazardous and intricate treasure hunt through the labyrinthine streets of Dakar, where each clue could be their last.

Jean Luc Herbulot’s film (Saloum) skillfully combines intense analysis of global politics with pulse-pounding excitement, creating a gripping experience as the characters race against the clock. The movie “Zero” was honored with the Orbita Award at Sitges Film Festival and was also an official entry at Beyond Fest and Glasgow Film Festival.
