Watching a musician deliver an exceptional show is one of life’s most enjoyable experiences. Even if you aren’t familiar with every song, if the performer can captivate their audience, then they’ve won you over.
Absolutely, numerous tours happen during the summer months, yet they can get quite sweltering and uncomfortable. At times, one might prefer to postpone viewing a performance until autumn rolls in. Fortunately, this list caters to those seeking cooler temperatures for their entertainment.
The first one starts during the sweltering summer, while the rest are scheduled for the chillier seasons (though it seems those are less common nowadays). Be sure to set aside a portion of your earnings to buy tickets for these performances.

Trivium
Trivium has been in the music scene for quite some time, though you may not be familiar with them. They are a traditional metal band, albeit without the same level of intensity as Slipknot. However, their focus isn’t on high energy but rather on delivering quality music, which is highly appreciated by metal enthusiasts.
Moreover, they’ll have the added excitement of having Jinjer perform with them during their concert series from Halloween until mid-December. Jinjer is a powerful metal band hailing from Ukraine, known for their exceptional talent.
B-52s and Devo
Unfortunately, there aren’t too many shows they will be doing. Here’s the list:
- Sept. 24 – Toronto, ONT at Budweiser Stage
- Sept. 25 – Clarkston, MI at Pine Knob Music Theatre
- Oct. 2 – Mansfield, MA at Xfinity Center
- Oct. 4 – Holmdel, NJ at PNC Bank Arts Center
- Oct. 5 – Wantagh, NY at Northwell at Jones Beach Theater
- Oct. 16 – Mountain View, CA at Shoreline Amphitheatre
- Oct. 18 – Los Angeles, CA at Hollywood Bowl
- Oct. 24 – Charlotte, NC at PNC Music Pavilion
- Oct. 25 – Alpharetta, GA at Ameris Bank Amphitheatre
- Nov. 1 – Austin, TX at Germania Insurance Amphitheater
- Nov. 2 – Houston, TX at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion
Entheos
Since the mid-2010s, this progressive metal group has been active, but it’s only recently that they’ve started to truly flourish. Commencing on October 30 and running through December 6, this tour marks their inaugural headlining North American tour. Accompanying them will be Fallujah, Zenith Passage, and Tracheotomy.
As a die-hard fan, I’m thrilled to share that, despite the tour having fewer dates, the band is set to traverse vast territories across the U.S., making sure not to miss out on any region. Plus, they’ve got stops planned in Toronto and Montreal as well, which just adds fuel to my fandom fire!
Stevie Nicks
A little-known musician you probably aren’t familiar with is Stevie Nicks. Despite her age (nearing 80), she manages to retain an air of unattainable coolness that most musicians can only aspire to. Remarkably, she still delivers outstanding performances.
As a gamer, I’m stoked about my upcoming tour, but it’s a bit peculiar. It kicks off on August 8 and wraps up on November 25. The strange thing is that there are only two confirmed West Coast shows lined up for this journey, and one of those just happens to be in Sacramento.
