Sara Burack, ‘Million Dollar Beach House’ Real Estate Agent, Dies at 40

Sara Burack, a real estate agent on Netflix’s Million Dollar Beach House, has died. She was 40.

Burack died Thursday in Hampton Bays, New York, following a hit-and-run accident.

I stumbled upon an unfortunate situation late one night on Montauk Highway. The authorities were alerted around 2:45 a.m., as per local news from Dan’s Papers. It seemed they were looking for the driver involved in this incident, but People magazine reported that Amanda Kempton was apprehended in relation to the case on Friday.

In August 2020, Burack became part of the cast for Netflix’s real estate series set in the Hamptons, titled “Million Dollar Beach House.” This reality show focuses on the professional lives of agents employed at Nest Seekers International, a high-end real estate and commercial brokerage firm established by Eddie Shapiro in 2002.

In addition to Burack, the cast of Million Dollar Beach House included J.B. Andreassi, Michael Fulfree, James “Jimmy” Giugliano, Noel Roberts, and Peggy Zabakolas. The first season consisted of six episodes initially streamed on Netflix, but was later removed from their platform and picked up by Max, where it was rebranded as Selling the Hamptons.

Andreassi, Fulfree, and Zabakolas continued to feature in the show “Selling the Hamptons,” but Burack was not part of it.
