Critics appreciated Lang’s contribution to the home invasion subgenre, as he delivered a unique and compelling performance. The sequel, Don’t Breathe 2, was released in 2021, although it didn’t receive the same level of acclaim as its predecessor. However, Lang’s performance in this film was once again praised as exceptional.
