In my usual approach, I dive headfirst into FromSoftware games without prior knowledge, and that’s exactly what I did with Nightreign. I didn’t anticipate the drastic change it would bring, mainly due to its unique three-player cooperative system design and the integration of battle royale elements deep within the game’s core structure. What ensued was quite a rollercoaster ride, unabashed in its identity, both positively and negatively.
After investing approximately 60 hours into our recent review, I’m pleased to dispel any worries and confirm that Elden Ring Nightreign lives up to the expectations of a Souls game crafted by FromSoftware.
