To initiate the Brushes with Death DLC, first, ensure you’ve accomplished the Wedding Crashers mission. This quest can be completed in various ways as it has multiple paths. Once you’ve wrapped up this task, look for a purple quest marker on your map to the southeast of Trosky Castle. There, you can begin the Brushes with Death adventure.
While you might be excited about Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, I find myself hesitant to suggest diving back into Brushes With Death alone. Although the writing and voice acting remain commendable, and there are some captivating plot moments amidst the mostly routine fetch quests, it falls a bit short as a standalone experience compared to what came before. It felt more like an add-on than a strong sequel. Ideally, I would have waited until the excitement of Henry’s grand adventure had faded and experienced it within a new game save file, or at least when there were multiple DLCs available to keep my attention divided and make it feel like I was uncovering fresh content. This is my advice for approaching Brushes With Death and the two other story DLCs planned for this epic RPG.
