It’s clear that the Battlefield series isn’t as great as it used to be in its heyday, with games like Bad Company 2 and Battlefield 3. The talented creators who made those classics have mostly moved on to other teams or initiatives, such as Embark’s THE FINALS project.
For four years now, it’s been a while since Treyarch’s unique Zombies mode last appeared in the Call of Duty series, even though there have been instances of undead action in both Vanguard and Modern Warfare 3.
Ragnarok in 2022 is on the horizon. Sony has been gradually making some of its PlayStation-exclusive games available on PC, and the upcoming release of Ragnarok is quite significant.
As a dedicated player, I can tell you that battling the relentless horde of undead is quite thrilling, but the more these blobs of lard and flesh hurl themselves at my tasty visage, the tougher it gets to handle Call of Duty zombies. Even with powerful firearms at my disposal, they become increasingly challenging to the point where I often find myself wishing for weapons that could pack a stronger punch.
Among my favorite gaming consoles, the Steam Deck holds a special place, yet no game embodies its charm quite like Elden Ring does compared to others.
