As a long-time gamer with a deep appreciation for multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) games, I can’t help but feel exhilarated by the latest accomplishment of Developer TiMi Studio Group and publisher Level Infinite. Having followed Honor of Kings since its global launch last June 20th, I’ve witnessed its meteoric rise to fame firsthand. With over 50 million downloads to date, it’s truly remarkable to see this title being hailed as “the world’s most played MOBA.”

I was sure Heihachi Mishima had met his match and bid farewell to the Tekken universe, but it turns out his demise was merely exaggerated. Exciting news for me as a fan: Heihachi is set to make a comeback in Tekken 8! Although Mortal Kombat dominated 2023 with its release, Bandai Namco kicked off 2024 in true fighting game style by dropping Tekken 8 in January.

In Modern Warfare 3, the K/D ratio, which represents the number of kills divided by the number of deaths in a Call of Duty game, continues to be an important measure of a player’s skill level, just as it has been for many years.
