Even as some fans are yet to decide on their viewing strategy for Season 3 of “The Traitors”, I’m basking in the surprises, suspenseful moments, and viral sensations that this new season has brought. Bob The Drag Queen’s quip at Zac Efron is one of the highlights, and in an interview with Entertainment Weekly, he shared that his comments were based on limited knowledge – he had only previously watched “High School Musical” and “Baywatch” before making those remarks. In further clarification of his sentiments towards Efron, Bob The Drag Queen stated:

Based on Variety’s report, Live Nation Productions is collaborating with Green Day to develop a comedic movie reminiscent of their wild early touring years, featuring The Office’s Jenna Fischer and Angela Kinsey in the cast. Titled “New Years Rev,” the story revolves around three friends portrayed by Mason Thames from “The Black Phone,” Kylr Coffman, and Ryan Foust. Although these actors will not depict Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt, or Tré Cool of Green Day, they will play a band that thinks they’re opening for Green Day on New Year’s Eve in Los Angeles.

As reported by Deadline, action star Jason Statham has commenced filming on an unnamed movie directed by Roman Waugh, who previously worked on Greenland. The production company Black Bear is backing this project, and the cast includes Bill Nighy from Pirates of the Caribbean, Naomi Ackie from Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, as well as rising talent Bodhi Rae Breathnach and Daniel Mays from Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. Statham himself will also take on a producing role for this project. Joining him behind the scenes are John Friedberg from Black Bear, Brendon Boyea from Cinemachine, former DC producer Jon Berg, and ex-Warner Bros. executive Greg Silverman.

Speaking of it, the upcoming film by Derrickson titled “The Gorge” premieres on Apple TV+ this Valentine’s Day. The film featuring Miles Teller and Anya Taylor-Joy offers a unique blend of genres, serving as an intense horror story as well as a heartfelt portrayal of contemporary dating relationships. In an interview with MovieWeb, Derrickson discussed both projects and shared insights about his creative path from “The Black Phone” to “The Gorge“, and eventually to “The Black Phone 2“.
