As a movie reviewer, I must say that “Myth Country” and the sibling’s country-core comedy “Am I Being Unreasonable?” share some common genetic traits, but “Am I Being Unreasonable?” is a unique creature all its own. This pitch-black comedy delves into the depths of human depravity, where every character seems to be less than stellar.

The first season unravels an intricate web of deceit, triggered by the introduction of co-writer Selin Hizli’s (of “Things You Should Have Done”) character, Jen. As the season progressed, Jen’s behavior became more and more questionable, if not downright sinister. However, the twist came when we learned that Jen was simply being true to herself, her idiosyncrasies explained by her circumstances and personality. In reality, it was Nic’s paranoia and guilt that led to a suspicion of Jen, a suspicion, as far as we know, completely unjustified.

As I sat down to watch the final episode of “Motherland” in 2022, I found myself chuckling heartily at its riotously funny moments, but also bracing for a bittersweet goodbye to the hilarious cast of yummy mummies residing in London’s Queen’s Park. The show centered around Anna Maxwell Martin’s character, Julia, who was always one step behind the Alpha mom, Amanda.

Over the course of the series, their rivalry softened as they navigated marriage troubles and business failures, revealing a softer side to Julia and even allowing Anne (Phillipa Dunne), the long-suffering friend, to shine brighter than ever as Amanda’s perfect facade crumbled. Despite the downer of a Christmas special that left us all feeling like we’d lost touch with these obnoxiously middle-class women, I found myself hoping for a reunion in the future.

The storyline, where Private Kelly (Eastwood) guides an assorted band of people against the enemy to seize gold, may strike you as commonplace if you’re well-versed in numerous Western movies. In essence, Kelly’s Heroes can be labeled as a “World War II Western,” featuring gunfights and characters with flamboyant personalities, ultimately leading to a covert operation to plunder Nazi gold. With swift-moving action scenes and a hint of humor beneath the surface, Kelly’s Heroes is an entertaining journey driven by its cast, who don’t take their roles too seriously.

In a thrilling seven-minute trailer, Khaled unveils his upcoming album, symbolized by a duffle bag he carries throughout. Accompanied by Ramos, Khaled discusses two songs from Drake that he has in his possession. A mysterious Wahlberg makes an appearance via FaceTime, ordering his goons to locate him. However, it’s revealed that Ramos is not just a friend but is also working undercover, attempting to steal the records later on. In the end, Khaled manages to escape and board a private jet, instructing an associate over the phone to send Rihanna the record. Comparing his album to JAY-Z’s iconic “The Black Album,” which marked JAY-Z’s retirement, Khaled labels his own creation as “not my last album, it’s my Black album” on Instagram.

Previously established news anchors, Amy and T.J., are now hosting the podcast “Amy & T.J.”, where they share insights into their personal lives and other topics. Holmes and Robach have also appeared on Jana Kramer’s “Whine Down” podcast, discussing the intense media attention surrounding their relationship when it was made public. Robach openly admitted that she and her partner should have managed the narrative more promptly, specifically referring to the control they could have taken earlier.
